Applications for licensed rental spaces

Toi Aro Arts Centre is at a new home at 3-6 Market Lane, opening June 2026. This building will play a key role in bringing our Ngā Tuapapa Taketake (foundation baselines), Moemoeā (Vision) and Tuakana-Teina Kaupapa to life (read more about these on our home page).

Applications for limited-term licensed rental spaces in our new whare at Market Lane, are now open. The following spaces are available:
