This virtual reality artwork invites you to experience the spatial disruptions of scientific entanglement. By putting on a VR headset, gallery visitors will be immersed in virtual realms depicted from multiple perspectives. Viewers will be taken on a journey through scientific apparatus and space-time curves to provide the opportunity to question their understanding of reality.
Claire Hughes is a PhD candidate in Fine Arts at Massey University in Wellington. She has a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Canterbury School and has exhibited in solo and group shows since 1990. Over her career she has worked in a variety of media including steel and glass while combining the latest technology into immersive installations.
