sound art
Toi Pōneke Arts Centre and New Zealand School of Music Te Kōkī Sound Art Residency offer this 12 week residency. It comes with a studio, stipend, access to various equipment and resources, culminating in an exhibition at Toi Pōneke Gallery and/or a series of public programmes. screenwriter
Known as The Write Room Residency this opportunity is for a Wellington based screenwriter with a feature film project. It gives support to develop and complete a draft script. film producer intern
This internship offers an emerging film producer the opportunity to observe and learn from an experienced director, producer and screenwriter as part of the Toi Pōneke Write Room Screenwriting Residency.
Visual Art
A 12 week residency providing the selected artist with a studio space, stipend, and exhibition at Toi Pōneke Gallery. This residency encourages the artist to develop a new body of work, and provides them with the resources to dedicate themselves full time to their practice.
